The Quality Strategy of XGIGA -- Conflict Minerals Policy

The Shenzhen XGIGA Communication Tech Co., Ltd released Conflict Minerals policy recently. As a company with social responsibility, XGIGA understands the importance of business ethics and fully supports efforts to establish responsible purchasing practices.

Conflict Minerals are Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold( and the ore produces these minerals) from DRC and neighboring countries(currently Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, etc.) The Conflict Minerals from these areas may be used by armed groups to funding violence and rebellion.

According to section 1502 of U.S. dodd-frank act, a company listed on a U.S stock exchange must make a statement whether its products contains one of these Conflict Minerals. These companies are obliged to report to SEC annually to improve market transparency and promote purchasing practices be ethical , thus preventing financing supports directly or indirectly of armed groups in Democratic republic of Congo region.

We’re well aware that we do not purchase Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold directly, and the same for our direct suppliers, while many components and assemblies we bought use these metals.

To bulid a conflict-free supply chain, XGIGA will work with suppliers to achieve this goal.
